MY LONG TERM GOAL
John Andre Salubre
As someone deeply passionate about technology and digital innovation, my long-term goal is to become a web developer at Microsoft. I’ve always admired how Microsoft creates tools and platforms that impact millions of users around the world. Being part of such an influential company would not only be a dream come true—it would also be an opportunity to grow, contribute to meaningful projects, and work alongside some of the best minds in the tech industry.
To reach this goal, I’m focused on continuously improving my skills in front-end and back-end development. I’m learning and building projects using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, while also exploring cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure. Each project I work on teaches me something new—from responsive design and performance optimization to API integration and user experience. I believe that consistent practice, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are key to advancing in this field.
Along the way, I’m also working on developing strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. I understand that working at Microsoft isn’t just about writing code—it’s about building scalable, accessible, and impactful web solutions as part of a team. That’s why I value clear communication, code quality, and user-centered thinking. I’m also building a portfolio that reflects my ability to take on complex challenges and deliver real results.
In the long run, I see myself contributing to Microsoft’s mission of empowering every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. Whether it’s working on productivity tools, web platforms, or innovative technologies, I want to be part of that journey. With dedication, continuous learning, and a clear goal in mind, I’m committed to making this dream a reality—one line of code at a time.
